Middleton leads Bucks past pesky Wizards in OT

Middleton leads Bucks past pesky Wizards in OT

After being left off the All-Star team, Beal stated, "I'm a little pissed off about it".

"He is on this tour right now to let everybody know he should have been an All-Star".

"I was just locked in, and I just was having fun", Beal said. "I'm going to try to get my team in the playoffs for sure". The Greek Freak was named the league's most valuable player last year and has lived up to his reputation so far this year, averaging 30 points, 13.6 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.1 blocks in just 30.9 minutes per game.

Beal erupted by 55 points in the Wizards' loss of overtime 137-134 to the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday night.

A reporter asked Beal after the game how it felt to slingshot for a career high on consecutive evenings.

In keeping with the other Amazon Go offerings, the new store will not feature any checkouts or queues to pay for goods. When they're ready to leave, their tab gets charged to an on-file credit card, and they can walk right out the door.

Fortunately for the Milwaukee Bucks, he kept shooting.

Bradley Beal is delighted to be in esteemed company after becoming the first player since the late Kobe Bryant to drop 50-plus points on consecutive nights. He also became the first player in National Basketball Association history to record 50-point games in consecutive losses. That second sentence is not the side of history you want to be on.

Middleton scored Milwaukee's final nine points, three of which came with 31.2 seconds to play to put the Bucks 135-132 ahead - an advantage they never relinquished. The Bucks haven't given him much reason to, though, as the team has won 33 of its 56 games by double digits. One thing that I've learned to respect about Kobe is that it's not about how many points I've scored, it's not about how many All-Stars I've made, it's not about how many All-NBA teams I make, cause at the end of the day when I'm gone from here you guys are not gonna remember that, nor are you gonna care.

The Wizards own an overall record of 20-36 following their loss to the Bucks, 4.5 games back from the No. 8 seed Orlando Magic, who subsequently picked up a massive road win over the Brooklyn Nets.

If Beal is going to fulfill his challenge of bringing his team to the playoffs, he's going to need some help fast.
