Florida woman allegedly zipped boyfriend in suitcase, leaving him to die

According to a report from ABC-affiliate station WFTV, 42-year-old Sarah Boone told deputies she and her boyfriend thought it would be amusing if the boyfriend got inside a suitcase during a game of hide and seek at a house in Winter Park, Florida.

Deputies with the Orange county sheriff's office took Sarah Boone, 42, into custody on second-degree murder charges in the death of Jorge Torres Jr, 42, the agency said in a statement on Tuesday. They say she told investigators they had been playing a game of hide-and-seek and had discussed how it would be amusing if Torres got into the suitcase.

Deputies found Torres' body near a blue suitcase by the front door of Boone's Winter Park, Fla., home, Orlando's WKMG-TV reports.

They said Torres continued to call out to Boone saying he couldn't breathe, to which she is heard saying, "That's on you".

Boone is also heard telling Torres to "shut the f-- up" while the suitcase moves as he tries to escape. - A Florida man died after he was zipped up in a suitcase and his girlfriend was charged with second-degree murder in the case, according to reports.

She called emergency services that afternoon but when police responded, Torres was already dead. It revealed two videos showing Torres either pleading with Boone to let him go or crying out.

The victim had a small cut on hi slip and bruising around his eye, according to the document.

Boone reportedly claimed that she had fallen asleep for hours before remembering that Torres was stuck in the suitcase.

"That's on you", Boone said, according to the arrest report.

"I can't (expletive) breathe, seriously", Torres said in the video and Boon replied, "Yeah, that's what you do when you choke me".

Growing more frantic, Torres keeps telling Boone he can not breathe, with Boone allegedly responding, "That's on you".

The other shows the luggage in a different position as he cries out to Boone. "Oh, that's what I feel like when you cheat on me". A video posted on Twitter showed Boone being led toward a patrol vehicle by a sheriff's deputy following her arrest on Tuesday.
