That 14-month tour set a number of milestones, with BTS becoming the first Korean act to hold concerts at venues such as Citi Field in NY and Wembley Stadium in London.

BTS are heading out on the road with their Map Of The Soul world tour. Yes, you heard it right.

The tour is said to be "their biggest North American tour ever", but it will still only consist of nine cities, starting with two concerts in Santa Clara, California on April 25 and 26.

Last August, Big Hit Entertainment announced that the band would head out on an "extended hiatus" after six straight years on tour. The first part of the tour will end in Japanese cities namely Osaka, Saitama, and Tokyo. It is also being reported that going further, more dates will be announced.

Tickets for the U.S. shows will go on sale through Live Nation on February 7, while ticket details for some of the other shows, including the two in London, have yet to be announced. These include South Korea, Canada, Japan, Germany, Spain, the United States and the UK.

As always, BTS's "Map of the Soul" tour series will kick off in the group's birthplace, Seoul, from April 11-12 as well as from April 18-19 at Olympic Stadium.

Currently, June 13 and 14 dates have been left with a question mark. During the first two days, BTS will be focusing on pre-public ticketing with the help of their official fan club called Global Official Fanclub Army.

BTS is now creating a lot of buzz due to their upcoming album "Map of the Soul".
