Do note that the Dark Mode feature is rolling out to Android application and that too only for the users who have opted for the beta build.

In the new Theme option, WhatsApp allows users to choose between the light and dark theme as was expected, and there's also an option to make the app respect the battery saver settings so the app will automatically go into dark mode when battery saver is turned on in your phone.

Now, let's come to the main point which is nothing but How to enable the dark mode feature on the WhatsApp Android beta app.

Now on the Settings page, press the Chats option. Once upgraded to the new WhatsApp beta version 2.20.13, users can discover this new feature under Whatsapp Settings Chats Display Theme. You have three choices under Theme: Light, Dark and Set by Battery Saver. But nope, Messenger went public with its dark mode last April. Otherwise, you'll need to use the likes of APKMirror to grab the update if you haven't signed up for the beta.
