The Witcher, 6 Underground Among Netflix’s Most Popular TV Series, Movies

Elsewhere in its report, the streaming platform says that it's changing up what it counts as a viewer. Now, thanks to detective work conducted by enthusiast site Redandian Intelligence, it seems we have our first tangible evidence that production is underway: "The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf" has been listed as a credit for Beau DeMayo, one of Netflix's writing team.

Fantasy fans flocked to Netflix's The Witcher when it dropped in December to watch Geralt (Henry Cavill), Yennefer (Anya Chalotra), and Ciri (Freya Allan) cavort through their various timelines while Jaskier (Joey Batey)'s dulcet tones detailed their exploits.

The letter goes on to state that 'the new metric is about 35% higher on average than the prior metric, ' which only counted views of at least 70 percent of a given episode or film on the service, thereby further beefing up Netflix's numbers.

Firstly, its figures are not independently verified, but there's also now an even bigger caveat, in a move just announced to the company's shareholders. Ryan Reynolds action movie 6 Underground was streamed to 83 million homes in the same time frame.

Tim Tebow and Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters marry in South African wedding
The pair shared photos from their wedding on social media on Tuesday and announced they finally tied the knot over the weekend. I can't wait to see what our future holds. "I've been looking forward to three things", Tebow told the publication.

In the third quarter of 2019, Stranger Things set a viewing record for a Netflix series with 64 million member accounts - 40 percent of the streamer's worldwide total of 158 million at that time - watching at least a portion of the show's third season under the old rubric.

Following the success of Netflix's The Witcher, the series' official 55-track OST will be available for purchase later this week. None of those had viewership figures mentioned in the earnings report.

The company also gave a shoutout to the second season of "You", which is on pace for 54 million views in its first month, and added Season 3 of "The Crown" was watched by more than 21 million households in its first month. That might have padded The Witcher's stats slightly, but Netflix says the changes help bring it in line with methodology used by BBC iPlayer and YouTube view counts.
