Snow Emergency declared for Decorah

According to a Department of Public Works spokesperson, the city issued approximately 3,800 citations for improperly parked vehicles during the January 18-19 snow emergency - down 50 citations from the previous weekend's snow emergency.

You can find more on the city's website here.

During a snow emergency there is no parking on any city street until it is plowed curb-to-curb and the weather system has passed.

Full tech specs of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series has been leaked
Samsung is having an event on February 11th, where they will finally unveil the Galaxy S20 models as well as the Galaxy Z Flip . All three will apparently be 5G-capable, per the spec sheet , but it doesn't say which kinds of 5G they'll support.

The extended ban will continue until the snow clearing operation is completed. Residents who have no off-street parking available are encouraged to utilize municipal parking lots or make arrangements with neighbors, relatives or friends to avoid a potential $50 citation.

Vehicles parked in violation of the ban could be ticketed and towed.

The street department is also anticipating a downtown snow removal/cleanup Saturday or Sunday evening. The normal snow route parking ban will be extended to seven hours rather than five, from 12 a.m.to 7 a.m. Sunday.
