Smash Bros Ultimate DLC character revealed before Nintendo Direct

Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai will be taking the helm once again for an in-depth look at the new fighter. The most recent such video introduced Terry to the game while also revealing new Amiibos and other new features that were coming to Super Smash Bros.

So far, gamers can add a total of four additional characters to the game on Nintendo Switch, including Joker, who can summon his Persona, Arsene, and power up his attacks for a limited time.
