Windows 7 users warned to upgrade

When this 10-year period ends, Microsoft will discontinue Windows 7 support so that we can focus our investment on supporting newer technologies and great new experiences. Some initial confusion around Windows 10's licensing and the Windows-as-a-service model also discouraged enterprises to move on from an established Windows 7 environment.

With the Windows 7 era coming to an end, nearly everyone have updated their Pc to Windows 10.

The specific end of support day for Windows 7 will be 14 January 2020.

First up, you need to download Windows 10 from Microsoft's website if you don't have it or if you are using a cracked or free version of it.

It's been well-documented that this has been a problematic area for Microsoft in the past - with people disabling the Search Indexer due to it hogging CPU or disk resources - and the company has been making efforts to cure this sluggishness as we've seen, and this move is another part of that drive.
