Bronx Man Arrested After Attempting to Kidnap Sleeping Woman on Train

When the subway stopped, the man suddenly picked up the woman and darted off the train while she screamed for help.

Alloway is accused of grabbing the unidentified woman and carrying her off a Bronx subway auto at about 2:45 a.m. The victim then tells what appears to be her partner, who also was asleep, what happened, and then points the man out.

"So I'm sitting there now", he said.

He then grabbed her and ran off the train with her when the carriage was at a stop at the Morrison Avenue-Soundview station.

The woman briefly glanced up at the man before covering her face with the hood of her coat. Help! Help!' when she just said she wanted to get off of this train?

When the police arrived, they recognized Alloway from the video of his attempt to abduct the woman off the train and took him into custody.

Alloway went on to say he has considered leaving the Bronx after the incident and again denied trying to kidnap the woman.

"I mean, let's really think about that: I'm going to carry her from the train station over here, kicking and screaming, and no one is going to notice that?"

In the shocking cellphone footage, which spread quickly across social media Monday, a man dressed in red tried to get a sleeping female individual's attention as he sat across from her on a No. 6 subway in the Bronx.

Alloway said he was attacked on three separate occasions after the subway video went viral, and was treated for his injuries at St. Barnabas Hospital.
