SpaceX CRS-19 Successful Launch to the International Space Station

Fresh supplies to the International Space Station were sent on the Dragon spacecraft, which marks the final cargo mission for 2019. SpaceX has designed as much of its space launch system as possible for reusability, and the Dragon spacecraft, which return from the ISS loaded up with cargo sent back by the astronauts living and working on the space station is a ideal candidate for re-use.

The launch from Cape Canaveral in Florida was scheduled to take place Wednesday morning but was canceled because of strong winds. This is the second time SpaceX has flown one of its Cargo Dragon capsules on three separate missions.

The Hyperspectral Imager Suite (HISUI), next-generation, hyperspectral Earth imaging system, was amongst different investigations.

The technology will then be installed on the commercial platform on Station provided by commercial utilization of space firm Nanoracks.

Also, if this study could lead to a conclusion and a solution, it could apply on Earth for people with weakening medical conditions.

For nearly 20 years, humans have lived and worked continuously aboard the International Space Station, advancing scientific knowledge and demonstrating new technologies, making research breakthroughs not possible on Earth that will enable long-duration human and robotic exploration into deep space.

The SpaceX capsule has more than just mice for science.
