Terry Crews catches backlash for statement on Gabrielle Union leaving 'AGT'

Osbourne, 67, said on Monday's episode of The Talk that "it's hard" to speak on the matter in a way that accurately reflects everyone's separate experience. "I just go back to Simon's shows - The X Factor he brought to America, every time it came on I think there were three seasons there [were] different little girls".

She explained: "I was on the show before Howie. However, I left. And that's the truth". I was one of them that helped put the show where it was. I had my very own issues with the community.

Variety also reported that she received the note that her on-air hairstyles were "too black" while working on the show.

Osbourne said there was no one in the panel when she was on AGT so I honestly couldn't talk about that. So, I actually can't say. "But when I was there it was, you know, a great show to work on", she continued. The crew and everybody were incredible to me - everybody, except the network.

"As proud as I were of her being selected as a judge on #AGT - I am even more proud of her standing up for what she stands for and that's U.S.". "It's something that we need to talk about... things that are appropriate and things that are inappropriate".

Osbourne told the New York Post in 2012 he left AGT because NBC unexpectedly severed ties with his son Jack, who was supposed to work on a reality series titled The stars earn stripes.

"I just can't be fake", Osbourne said at the time. "It's discrimination, and it was badly handled".

Deliveroo TV ad becomes third most complained-about of the year
Deliveroo argued it was clear that the ad was not depicting an "ordinary household" or an "ordinary Deliveroo order". We considered consumers would not assume that a separate delivery charge applied for each restaurant ordered from.

Yahoo Entertainment reached out to NBC for comment about Osbourne's claims, but did not immediately receive a response. "So when the show was doing 16 million, 14 million, Simon was never there", she jabbed. It was announced last month that both Union and Julianne Hough would not return for season 15.

A day following the blog, Variety further alleged, quoting multiple sources, while she was working on the show, the 47-year-old had flagged concerns over racially insensitive situations during her time as a judge.

The outlet also reported that, in a separate incident, Union urged that a white male contestant be removed from the lineup due to how he portrayed people of color.

Her reported firing became a cause for celebrities on Twitter, including Union's husband, former National Basketball Association player Dwyane Wade.

After Union was sacked for attempting to tell a racist joke that Jay Leno had said in a segment of their show, as well as for wearing "too black" hairstyles for the audience of the series, Stern accused Simon Cowell, the creator of Got Talent franchise, to "orchestrate" all the test of the union and other judge Julianne Hough to be released from their contracts.

Last week, a joint statement from the network and producers attributed AGT's popularity in part to regularly changing lineups of the hosts and judges.
