Mobile’s 600MHz 5G Goes Live Across the U.S

Mobile’s 600MHz 5G Goes Live Across the U.S

All Metro plans will include access to 5G for no extra charge.

T-Mobile is not yet boasting about speeds or even giving out specifics.

On a positive note, you can nab a free OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren (with 24 bill credits) when you switch to T-Mobile and trade in an eligible phone. T-Mobile's 5G is truly 5G, just not the fastest version right now. If you are interested, T-Mobile has choreographed a nerdy video featuring CEO's deploying 5G with the press of a button.

T-Mobile's move comes on the heels of AT&T announcing that it would launch 5G in low-band spectrum in five cities in coming weeks, including San Diego. The mmWave uses faster airwaves that help achieve better speeds.

We are apprehensive about the speed benefits 600MHz 5G will offer. But they do travel farther and deliver indoor coverage.

Lakers roll to 10th straight win
The Lakers' net rating of +8.6 is the second-best in the National Basketball Association behind the Milwaukee Bucks (+8.8). If that remains the case after December , the Lakers' championship hype is going to get even louder.

T-Mobile's 4G LTE network covers more than 325 million people. Thankfully, we don't have to wait much longer to see how the new 600MHz 5G will fare against LTE. It's not available in a pocket of coastal North County.

It added that it will improve and expand its 5G network if it completes a planned merger with rival Sprint, a deal approved by USA regulators but facing a court challenge by several U.S. states.

"T-Mobile's President of Technology Neville Ray is proud of the 5G network, saying: "...we built 5G that works for more people in more places, and this is just the start. "When Verizon says #5GBuiltRight, they must mean sparse, expensive and limited to outdoors only".

"America gets its first nationwide 5G network today, covering more than 200 million people and more than 1 million square miles", T-Mobile's announcement said.
