'Avatar 2' Wraps Shooting For 2019 With Epic Set Photo

"That's a wrap, Na'vi Nation!" the tweet begins, earlier than confirming that the movie's final day of live-action filming in 2019 has concluded and explaining some background element on the spectacular new shot from the movie's set.

Avatar 2 will be released on December 18, 2021, nearly exactly 11 years after James Cameron's first Avatar movie, which was released on December 17, 2009.

Check out this photo of the aft well deck section of the Sea Dragon, a massive mothership that carries an array of other sea-going craft in the sequels.

While details regarding the plot of Avatar 2 are under the wraps, the cast members of the film are known.

"The Sea Dragon" is the most Avatar name for anything ever.

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen ruled out vs. Seattle Seahawks
For Minnesota, they're just hoping this trip to Seattle turns out better than the last time they played the Seahawks . While Minnesota has played well without Thielen, the team really could have used him in a tough game against Seattle.

James Cameron has completed filming on his forthcoming Avatar sequel for the year, and a behind-the-scenes photo has been released in celebration. To which the official twitter handle replied, "Unfortunately not any time soon (sorry!), BUT we'll have plenty of stuff to hold you over 'til then, like a mobile game in 2020!" In Avatar 2, which will meet us in 2021, only the post-shoot works are left. What are you hoping to see in a sequel or has it been so long you can't remember?

A huge portion of the upcoming Avatar sequels will take place underwater in the oceans of Pandora and focus on a new tribe of Na'vi.

The film will be the first of four sequels. The fan tweet read as announcing, "Are we getting a trailer for the sequel any time soon?"

Kate's casting comes almost two decades after she starred in another iconic James' film, Titanic. New cast members include Kate Winslet, Michelle Yeoh, Jemaine Clement, Vin Diesel, Cliff Curtis, David Thewlis, and Edie Falco.
