Up to Five Inches of Snow Anticipated for Venango County

A winter weather travel advisory is in effect for Waterloo Region and Wellington County.

It still looks like we will have light rain showers around central IN for the morning commute. Daytime highs will struggle to climb out of the mid 30s and we could be near record-breaking low temperatures!

Most of New Jersey should see at least a brief blast of snow on Tuesday.

As noted above, the snow chances look to continue through morning drive and maybe even into the afternoon and evening hours as flurries. It's in the 40s now, but temperatures will take a big dive to start off the work week, with snow on the way. Areas along the Pike reach into the low 50s, and some towns in SE Mass could make it into the mid and upper 50s. Snow will be heaviest to finish the day.

Deadly NSW bushfires see state of emergency declared
Now 14km long and 6km wide, it was bearing down on Adelaide Park at 10am on Sunday with residents told it was too late to leave . The inferno is now raging in the town of Glen Innes in New South Wales, roughly 340 miles north of Sydney .

Wednesday: Record cold in the morning with a low of 12°. Again, any moisture that thawed on Tuesday will re-freeze overnight, so the Wednesday morning drive could be tricky as well.

Snow is expected with accumulations between 2-5 inches. With these snowfall amounts, this will be the most widespread significant snowfall yet of the young fall/winter snow season.

Between 8 a.m. and noon, the mixture likely will change to all snow and might briefly be moderate to heavy.

WIND CHILLS: Wind chills will drop from lower 20s to lower teens tomorrow morning to afternoon & single digits by evening.
