Ohio State's Young expected to receive 4-game ban

ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit reported that he expected a four game suspension would come down, though Ohio State refuted that report on Saturday - saying it has no idea what, if any, suspension will hold. Ohio State spokesman Jerry Emig later said that report was incorrect.

Did Chase Young violate NCAA rules?

The Falcons are in the middle of a awful season, but with a potential top-five pick on the horizon, one player that fans seem to have their hearts set on is Ohio State DE Chase Young. In the same tweet, he said he paid the loan off in full, which was corroborated by his lawyer, Tim Nevius.

The biggest story in sports right now has to do with the NCAA suspending Chase Young for allegedly taking a loan to help pay for his girlfriend to attend the Rose Bowl.

It seems the main NCAA in question is bylaw 16.11: "Benefits, Gifts, and Services".

But Schiff is likely to reject many, if not all, of the witnesses from the Republicans' wish list, reports The Washington Post . Mitt Romney, R-Utah, have largely avoided directly criticizing Trump's phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

OSU expects to hear an answer from the NCAA on the appeal next week. However, who that friend was and how big of a loan was accepted will both ultimately determine the penalty he'll face.

The most lopsided modern era point spread for a game featuring two major conference teams, based on NJ Advance Media's research, was the 1987 Oklahoma-Kansas State game.

Penn State and MI await at the end of November, however, and getting Young back for those games is important. While the suspension likely ruins Young's chances at winning the Heisman, the Buckeyes don't need him to beat Rutgers on Saturday, which would cover his two-game suspension.

Multiple sources have told The Blade that a ruling should be made this week regarding Chase Young and that he's facing a maximum suspension of two games.
