Jonah Hill Reportedly Dips From "The Batman" Talks

Jonah Hill Reportedly Dips From

The announcement comes after it was confirmed that Jonah Hill is no longer in talks for an unspecified role in the reboot.

Reeves has said he plans to include a rogues gallery of Batman villains in the film and honestly, I'm excited for that.

Dano is the second actor to play the iconic riddling criminal after Jim Carrey previously played the role in "Batman Forever".

The movie, directed by Matt Reeves (War for the Planet of the Apes), will focus on Pattinson's Bruce Wayne in the early stages of his transformation into the Caped Crusader. A complicated character with something not quite right about him.

Reeves' story has been described as a character-driven project focusing on Batman's experiences as the world's greatest detective.

Pattinson also added that he took the part because he loves Matt Reeves and because Batman is "a dope character" whose "morality is a little bit off" because he's "not the golden boy, unlike nearly every other comic-book character". "I think it's because one of my eyes is smaller than the other one". "His morality is a little bit off".

With production on Matt Reeves' "The Batman" set to begin shooting in January, Robert Pattinson has revealed what it's like to play the Dark Knight.

There's obviously nothing further to report about this at the moment - literally all we know is that Paul Dano is now the Riddler - but what an inspired bit of casting this is! He added, "There is a simplicity to his worldview, but where it sits is odd, which allows you to have more scope with the character". Will we see these ideas reflected in The Batman?

The Batman is scheduled to be released on June 25, 2021.
