The Outer Worlds Won't Have PlayStation 4 Pro Enhancements

If you're looking forward to enjoying the game with enhancements and 4K graphics, however, there is something you should know.

Since being acquired by Microsoft back in November 2018, Obsidian Entertainment has been working on The Outer Worlds, a game that will be published on multiple platforms by Private Division.

"[The Outer Worlds] is enhanced for both Xbox One X and PS4 Pro", the tweet reads.

Google introduces new truly wireless ‘Pixel Buds’ for $179
On the flip side, there's a single front-facing camera, a radar sensor for gesture control, and a high refresh rate display. So, are you a Google Daydream user and feel let down by Google's decision? The Pixel 4 starts at $1,049 and the XL, $1,279.

The Outer Worlds is set across several planets in an alternate future where mega corporations wield huge power creating new colonies on distant worlds. Unfortunately, it seems 4K graphics for the console version of the game are being limited to the Xbox One X, and the PlayStation 4 Pro port will not be getting those crisper visuals. Home windows Central doubled reduction for clarification, but has but to receive a subsequent reply. Why that won't be the case for The Outer Worlds at this time remains unknown. No official reasoning has been given for the imbalance, but it may be worth noting that Obsidian is now a Microsoft-owned company following an acquisition a year ago. Obsidian is now part of Xbox Game Studios. Quiet, might perchance perchance Microsoft's possession of the studio affect The Outer Worlds in different recommendations?

The Outer Worlds is a first-person RPG set in an alternative future that sees you wake up from cryosleep on a colony ship, which malfunctions and takes you to the furthest reaches of space.
