Jumanji: Next Level Star Kevin Hart’s Car Accident Report Has Been Released

A California Highway Patrol report released Thursday said a man driving Hart's vintage muscle vehicle accelerated recklessly on a Southern California highway, causing the September 1 accident that left the comedian and driver seriously injured.

The Next Level star was in a devastating vehicle crash in the Los Angeles area on September 1 when his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda smashed through a fence on Mulholland Highway in Malibu. The comedian who suffered from severe back injuries was hospitalised for 10 days and had to undergo physical therapy at a rehabilitation facility.

"I have nothing but love for Jared and wish him and Rebecca a speedy recovery", Hart wrote in the statement that was obtained by E!

The report also said that the Barracuda wasn't "outfitted to carry rear-seat passengers", and Hart used plastic storage boxes in the back as seats. Hart's attorney revealed that the actor only shot promos for the Jumanji sequel for a couple of hours.

The report reiterated that Black was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. News, which also reported that Hart left the scene and headed to his nearby home to get medical help, but was later treated for his injuries at a local hospital. It said he violated the law, but it didn't say whether he would face charges. His attorney, Andrew Brettler, states Hart will not return back to work full time until early 2020.

OECD moves to empower countries to tax tech giants
The government said past year that global digital companies have a large consumer base in India but don't pay enough taxes domestically.

"Kevin's spinal injuries are very serious, he sustained several fractures and had no choice but to have surgery as soon as possible", the source said at the time. Yet, it looks like Kevin Hart is choosing to see "the upside" of this incident.

Hart's forgiveness is admirable, seeing as the California Highway Patrol places the blame exclusively on Jared.

"Two of the three occupants were trapped inside", the CHP added to the Los Angeles Times. A source later told ET that Hart fractured his spine in three places as a result of the auto accident.

The Night School actor bought himself the Barracuda in July as a 40th birthday present, and showed it off on Instagram shortly after making the big purchase, noting he'd nicknamed it "Menace".
