Cleveland Browns: 3 Standouts from Week 2 vs. Jets

New York Jets quarterback Trevor Siemian has been ruled out against the Cleveland Browns after injuring his left ankle in the second quarter.

The Jets couldn't get anything going on offense, and the Browns blew open the game late in the third quarter.

He'll no longer get that deal.

Keep in mind that the Jets allowed 254.1 passing yards per game last season, ranking 23, and 126.3 rushing yards per game, which ranked 26. And in relief of then-starter Tyrod Taylor, he led the Browns to their first victory after the club had gone winless in their previous 19 games (0-18-1) dating back to Week 16 of the 2016 season.

Sen. Risch: 'Hard to look the other way' on Iran drone attack
But Le Drian cast doubt on the ability of the Houthis to carry out an attack of that scale and range from Yemen. The conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia has been brewing for years, but it is no longer contained.

USA Today's Steven Ruiz wrote: "The Chiefs will play a decent amount of man coverage under new defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, who will ask his corners to play up in opposing receivers' faces". He finished the game with six receptions for 161 yards and the touchdown.

New York Jets safety Jamal Adams appeared to express subtle frustration with his team after he was benched during their loss to the Cleveland Browns on Monday night.

It was a quick trip from the practice squad to Monday Night Football for Luke Falk. OBJ quickly returned to form in his old stadium making a spectacular one-handed grab on the sideline with tight coverage. He returned with a clear visor on his helmet. He suffered the injury on the same play he did a concussion, when Nate Hairston upended him in the first quarter on a high pass from Baker Mayfield.

The 26-year-old signed with the Jets on September 10, after they cut their Week 1 kicker Kaare Vedvik, who missed a field goal and an extra point in the team's season-opening 17-16 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
