Fotis Dulos, husband of missing CT mother, arrested on new charge

Fotis Dulos, husband of missing CT mother, arrested on new charge

She and her husband were involved in a bitter custody dispute over their five children, and her friends and family told investigators she feared her estranged spouse.

Fotis posted a $500,000 bond where he was then released Wednesday night.

Jennifer's blood was found mixed with Fotis Dulos' DNA on the kitchen sink faucet of her home in New Canaan, according to authorities.

According to the warrant, the employee said Dulos eventually told him that he was anxious hair evidence might be in the vehicle because he'd hugged his estranged wife days before she disappeared.

Dulos and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, pleaded not guilty to charges of hindering prosecution and obstruction of justice in the disappearance of his wife, Jennifer Farber Dulos, who went missing on May 24 after dropping her children off at school.

Police say security cameras appeared to capture them throwing out items in Hartford, some of which tested positive for Jennifer Dulos' blood.

Connecticut State Police said additional information on Dulos' criminal charges would be available after he had been processed later on Wednesday. The notes were written by Dulos and Troconis to "help them remember" their activities, Troconis said, according to the warrant.

Boris Johnson questioned after losing majority in House of Commons
Johnson, for his part, has sought to quell the mutiny within the Conservative Party with threats of deselection and expulsion. Former minister Stephen Hammond shook hands with a colleague who wasn't rebelling before setting off to defy his leader.

The warrant reveals that police believe that Fotis Dulos killed his wife in the garage of her home on 69 Welles Lane, sometime between 8:05 a.m. and 10:25 a.m., on Friday, May 24, cleaned up the mess, put her body in her vehicle and disposed of the body and the bloody items somewhere along the way. A legal expert interviewed by NewCanaanite.com has said authorities do not necessarily need to find Jennifer Dulos in order to bring a murder charge.

Jennifer Dulos, 50, was last seen driving a 2017 Chevrolet Suburban on May 24 in New Canaan, police said.

"There isn't much here that we haven't heard before and I question the wisdom of these charges", Pattis says. Investigators later discovered the "blood-like substance" on one of the seats.

On May 29, five days after Jennifer Dulos went missing, surveillance video at Russell Speeders Car Wash allegedly shows Fotis Dulos inside paying for the detailing and cleaning of his former employee's vehicle.

"It sounds like the state is trying to convince itself that Fotis is responsible for Jennifer's disappearance. We will enter a not guilty plea the first chance we get", he said.
