Strong winds in Colorado send dozens of mattresses flying across field

Video shows people trying to catch them as they tumble across a field toward a pool.

People had just set them up for an outdoor movie night Saturday, when a storm rolled in.

Lifeguards and spectators tried to push the mattresses to the ground to stop them from flying, according to CBS Denver television station.

Dozens of mattresses have been filmed tumbling and bouncing towards a swimming pool in Denver, Colorado.

Utahns hospitalized with breathing problems all reported recent vaping
Pulmonary illnesses have been linked to vaping in the past, but this marks the first time doctors have identified a pattern. A number of counterfeit and adulterated products have also hit the market, which may have other additives or ingredients.

It seems a nearby outdoor cinema event hadn't banked on the notoriously blustery Colorado weather, and forgot to properly secure their air mattresses. There's a lovely serenity to watching a film under the warm night sky, and while drive-ins are mostly a thing of the past, there are still ample opportunities in communities around the country to catch a flick while you enjoy a picnic basket of homemade goodies on your very own blanket laid out on the grass.

Manes wrote on the YouTube post that he was "hanging out at the pool when, suddenly, a mattress flew into the fenced-in area".

The person who shot the video says this went on for about 30 minutes.
