"What should be obvious is the worldwide community will be witnessing the genocide of the Kashmiris in IOK".

In response to India's action, Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi told parliament that it will expel the Indian ambassador, and the Foreign Ministry later confirmed that India had been informed to withdraw the envoy.

Shruti Kapila, lecturer in history at the Cambridge University in the United Kingdom, expressed doubt over the global community's willingness to act.
