How to Play Online & Invite People in No Man's Sky Beyond

With the Xbox One launch in 2018, and the Next update, No Man's Sky took a dramatic leap forward in terms of realising the original vision for the game: a lovely procedurally-generated open-world universe which players could explore solo or with their friends, build elaborate bases on lush living planets, interact and trade with alien races, or engage in combat against space pirates. While we covered this back in 2018, there have been a few new alterations that switch up how you play with others. Luckily, it's not half-hearted VR integration either.

The patch is now out on PC and should make the jump to console soon.
