Man Utd ace trains with Anderlecht amid transfer speculation

Apparently, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wanted Lukaku to train with the club's under-23.

The United striker was again spotted training with the Belgian club on Tuesday, with reports in the UK claiming that he has been frozen out of United's first team squad until his move to Italy is resolved.

Inter Milan are increasingly optimistic about their prospects of offering Romelu Lukaku an escape route from his worsening troubles at Manchester United.

And reports claim that the former Chelsea and Everton star has been fined a couple of times for his behaviour in recent days, the first for tweeting a copy of United's sprint stats and the latter for his decision not to return to the club's Carrington training ground on Tuesday.

Lukaku's agent Federico Pastorello is in London attempting to broker an agreement between United and the Serie A side.

Tuesday's big transfer rumours: Tottenham fear late cut-price bids for midfielder
Spurs' options to replace Eriksen include Philippe Coutinho on loan from Barcelona and Paulo Dybala from Juventus. Eriksen's contract expires in 2020, meaning Tottenham risk losing him for nothing next summer.

Lukaku has caused a stir at United by refusing to return to training for the last two days as he waits to secure a move away.

The Italian club have been chasing Lukaku during the transfer window and have reportedly returned with a fresh bid of around £65 million ($79 million) as they try and get the deal over the line.

Manchester United and Inter are continuing discussions regarding the transfer of Romelu Lukaku amid reports that the Belgian striker has been fined by the Old Trafford club.

The forward, who has three years left on his current deal at Old Trafford, has 42 goals in 96 appearances for United since arriving for £75m from Everton in 2017.
