LG's IFA Invite Teases New Dual-Screen Smartphone Incoming

The Korean tech giant this week published a teaser video saying that it would be at IFA 2019. The book then opens like another screen and opens on the root map of the company's IFA press conference.

We think LG could be set to stun the smartphone world with a device that includes a translucent or transparent OLED screen that folds out and is then activated as a secondary display.

Before LG announced the LG V50, rumors started popping up about a device with a second screen as an attachment. However, the detachable accessory did not have an additional screen on the exterior, and this makes the new device unique. Or it could be like the dual-screen smartphones we've seen like the ZTE Axon M.

For your information, there is no information about LG's device other than this teaser video, and there is no time to speculate on LG's assets and nothing is clear.

This is the chip that will power Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10
The Exynos 9825 SoC comes with integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) to improve AI-powered photography and AR experience. The latest octa-core mobile CPU has two custom Mongoose cores, two Cortex-A75 cores, and four Cortex-A55 cores.

Previously at MWC 2019, LG introduced the V50 ThinQ and created an exclusive accessory for it.

It is unclear whether this product will be implemented as a standalone smartphone, however, as LG has shown little intention of entering the foldable smartphone market. Rather than one seamless panel like the Galaxy Fold or Mate X, the device appears to be composed of two separate panels stuck together by some sort of hinge.

While Samsung and Huawei are thriving, LG is having a hard time selling smartphones.
