Indians dealing Bauer to Reds, get Puig in deal

Indians dealing Bauer to Reds, get Puig in deal

Trevor Bauer's last act as a member of the Cleveland Indians was his "childish" heave into center field.

Tucker Barnhart went back to the Reds' clubhouse following the team's 11-4 loss, sat down in his chair and asked himself a simple question without a single answer - "what happened?"

According to MLB Network's Jon Heyman, Bauer will be fined but not suspended.

The Reds did not confirm Tuesday's trade, but Puig said after Tuesday's game that he is bound for Cleveland.

Moss, 24, is 6-5 with a 3.44 ERA in 20 starts for Double-A Chattanooga this season.

"To be honest with you, I need to figure out what I consider is proper and respectful", Francona said. "We stay next door - we're going to Cleveland".

For comparison, some 35.9 million PlayStation 4 consoles had been sold in the Sony machine's first two years and two months. Digital game sales accounted for 53% of the quarterly total, up from 43% a year earlier and from 45% in the prior quarter.

Bauer, 28, is making $13 million this season and is under team control for one more season, so Cincinnati will get him for 2020. In eight seasons since he broke into the majors with the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2012, he is 68-55 with 1,111 strikeouts and a 3.92 ERA.

Trevor Bauer's actions in Sunday's game are going to cost him money rather than time.

With this news out of the way, the next issue for Bauer is where he will make his next start. He tried to start Game 3 but left after 21 pitches when the wound ripped open and caked his jersey, trousers and portions of the mound in blood.

This is the second surprising trade of a coveted pitcher as the trade deadline approaches. Puig will be a free agent after the season, so he is a rental for an Indians offense that could use some extra power.

In 94 games with the Reds, Puig hit.255 with 22 home runs and 60 RBI.
