President Trump Speaks in Support of A$AP Rocky

Kim Kardashian West took to Twitter to thank President Donald Trump & other senior members of The White House for supporting to get A$AP Rocky released from a Swedish jail.

A STOCKHOLM court yesterday extended U.S. rapper A$AP Rocky's detention while an investigation is completed into an alleged assault during a street brawl, as President Donald Trump said his administration was in talks with Sweden over the arrest.

A$AP Rocky, born Rakim Mayers, is alleged to have been a part of a brawl that involved a number of his companions and two unknown men they encountered on the street. And we are going to be calling.

His wife Melania added: "We are working with the State Department and we hope to get him home soon".

"We are one", he told pool reporters in DC on Friday (Saturday NZT), noting that his African American friends had called on him to help.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have enlisted the help of President Trump to join the Free A$AP Rocky movement, TMZ reports. They accuse Swedish officials of violating Rocky's rights, by denying him things such as access to a lawyer, and allege that he's being held in "unsanitary" and "inhumane conditions".

Reluctant to embrace the party's left flank, they pushed for changes, including a slower six-year phase-in of the wage. Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell said he would not take up the House's minimum wage bill.

A Stockholm court on Friday ordered that U.S. rapper ASAP Rocky, detained in Sweden on assault allegations, should be kept in custody for another week while the prosecutor completes his investigation.

Swedish prosecutors want to hold US rapper A$AP Rocky in jail for another week because police haven't finished investigating a street brawl in Stockholm that he was involved in.

He has received support from Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, who lobbied the White House for his release. "He's being held, as you know, in Sweden and we've had a very good relationship in Sweden". Prosecutors say they must keep the rapper behind bars because he's a flight risk.

"A$AP Rocky is a situation in Sweden". An anonymous source told the outlet that Trump had told his team he wanted the issue to be resolved.

"Any time President Trump gets involved in anything, it brings a level of attention" to an issue that can not be matched by those who "don't have that cache or reach", Lanier said.

But the 30-year-old musician's attorney said the treatment his client has received is unjust based on the circumstances, as ASAP Rocky said he was acting in self-defense after being followed by two men who would not leave him alone.
