'US Is Always Welcome For Negotiations'

The Trump administration has signaled a willingness to negotiate with Iran, which has said lately that it's willing to talk only if US sanctions on Tehran are lifted.

Had Pompeo not approved the visa it could have been a signal that the United States was trying to further isolate the Islamic Republic.

But Iran has made any talks conditional on first being able to export as much oil as it did before the United States withdrew from the pact.

The chief United States diplomat said Iran had signaled it was ready to negotiate about its ballistic missiles during a White House Cabinet meeting at which Trump said: "We'll see what happens".

President Rouhani's call for a return to talks with the United States is commendable because it focuses on diplomacy and negotiation instead of violence.

On May 8, exactly one year after the USA withdrew from the multi-nation nuclear agreement, Iran announced a partial withdrawal from some aspects of the pact, saying that the country would no longer adhere to some of the limits on its nuclear activities.

But within hours of the statement to reporters, delivered before a cabinet meeting on the White House, the concept was shot down by Iran's global minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, who was in NY for a meeting at the United Nations. -Iranian conflict have risen since May with several attacks on oil tankers in the Gulf, Iran's downing of a USA surveillance drone, and a plan for US air strikes on Iran last month that Trump called off at the last minute.

The United States quit an worldwide deal aimed at curbing Iran's nuclear program previous year, hitting Tehran with crippling sanctions.

In the aftermath of his crime, Rajagopal spent more time outside of prison than behind bars, citing health complications. He challenged the sentence in Supreme Court, and after much delay, the Supreme Court upheld the life imprisonment.

Iranian clerical rulers have said that Tehran will further decrease its commitments if Europeans fail to fulfil their promises to guarantee Iran's interests under the deal.

Under its terms, Iran agreed to limit its uranium enrichment activities, eliminate its stockpile of medium-enriched uranium and limit its stockpile of low enriched uranium over the subsequent 15 years.

"This is Ali Khamenei telling the Europeans that our economy is in tatters because of the sanctions and we need you to start making a difference", she said.

Israel's high minister has talked about the European Union would possibly perhaps perhaps also no longer wake up to the specter of Iran "unless Iranian nuclear missiles fall on European soil".

He added: "Evil Britain commits piracy and steals our ship and gives it a legal appearance".

When answering a question on Britain intercepting an Iranian tanker on the grounds that it was suspected to deliver oil to Syria, Geng said China always advocated that a country should adhere to basic norms of worldwide laws in its relations with other countries.

He said the call had been constructive and Mohammad Javad Zarif had told him that Iran wanted to resolve the issue and was not seeking to escalate tensions.
