Chance the Rapper Reveals His Involvement in 'The Lion King' Remake

Global music sensation, Beyonce Knowles has enlisted some African artistes and producers on her upcoming executive-produced album, "The Lion King: The Gift". It joins Disney's new slate of live-action film remakes, which includes Aladdin, Dumbo and, soon, The Little Mermaid.

Variety's Peter Debruge was blow away by the CGI, saying the "animals look utterly convincing", adding that the film will impress old fans and win new ones too. Critics are calling The Lion King as a visual masterpiece according to some of the critics across the world.

That scene also features John Oliver who shines as Zazu, Mufasa (James Earl Jones) and Simba's avian advisor. When Simba goes into exile, he relies on two newfound friends - Seth Rogen (Sausage Party, Neighbors) lends his comedic chops to naïve warthog Pumbaa, and Billy Eichner (Billy on the Street, American Horror Story) joins the cast as know-it-all meerkat, Timon. Not only has Disney done a killer job with the animation, they also absolutely nailed the casting of the film.

It is unclear what the video is for, but the singer has announced she is working on an album to go with the release of The Lion King. It is like everything has become HAKUNA MATATA for the live-action version of The Lion King.
