Meghan a no-show as Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, flies solo at Wimbledon

The Duchess of Cambridge has joined spectators at Wimbledon to watch players competing during the second day of the world famous tennis championships, Kensington Palace said.

Britain's Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge meets children as she visits her "Back to Nature" show garden during the press day for the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society) Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival in East Molesey, south west London, Monday, July 1, 2019.

What's more, the match she attended - between British player Harriet Dart and American Christina McHale - took place outside of the Centre Court.

In bright summer sunshine Kate, who wore a white summer dress and sunglasses, was sat between the past and future faces of British women's tennis.

She then made her way to the practice courts to watch British number one Johanna Konta prepare for her first hit out.

Buckingham Palace haven't confirmed an appearance by Meghan this year, but she's expected to attended in a personal capacity due to her close friendship with tennis superstar Serena Wililams. "She came and did lots of planting and directing everyone around and got involved in the mulching". The mom of three totally wowed in a t-shirt dress while sitting in the crowd before making her way to the royal box.

Also remember that the game does update ratings as the year goes on so it's very possible he could see an increase early on. The former Iowa State running back was the highest-rated rookie on the team, as expected, earning a 71 overall.

We've said it before and we'll say it again: Kate Middleton has a dress in her closet for almost any occasion. She wore the same ring at Wimbledon a year ago.

The pair were spotted laughing and cheering from the sidelines.

The Duchess told the children: "I love tennis, I think it's a great sport".

There might not be an official dress code for attending Wimbledon, but Kate always brings a touch of sophistication when she attends the annual sporting event.

Another day, another ace outfit for Kate.
