Serena Williams reveals why she WON'T be giving Meghan Markle parenting advice

"I never pass on words of wisdom because I feel like everyone, when they have a kid, especially when you just have a baby, it is so hard to just be", said Williams.

"But it's not just my role as a father that shows me that; it's in the people I see every day that don't realize how inspirational they are to those watching", he continued.

The tennis superstar, 37, revealed that she's holding off on giving the Duchess of Sussex parenting tips until she finds her groove following the birth of son Archie Harrison on May 6.

Williams is mom to 1½-year-old daughter Alexis Olympia with husband Alexis Ohanian, though she admits she "totally" feels as though she has yet to master the art of parenthood. "I'm pretending that everything's fine", she told the BBC with a laugh.

She is now said to have grown increasingly close to her father-in-law Prince Charles, 70, who Meghan sees as a "positive influence". Meghan's sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge, also took time out from her maternity leave previous year to attend one of the matches. "It's so insane, I totally changed, and it literally is like a switch".

It's clear that global interest in the Royal Family has grown, particularly in the U.S., where California-born Meghan hails from.

Baby Archie, the first-born child of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, will be christened this July.

During the Diana Award National Youth Mentoring Summit (an event honoring his late mother, Princess Diana), the Duke of Sussex delivered a speech in which he opened up about caring for his first child with wife Meghan Markle.

Meanwhile, Markle is expected to come out to support her friend at Wimbledon during the tournament.

A royal source tells ET that Meghan and Harry are planning to christen Archie sometime in July.

It is understood pictures of the ceremony will be released on Sunday through the media and Harry and Meghan's Instagram account.

"To the mentees here today, I am incredibly proud of what you've achieved, and I can safely say that my mother, who would have turned 58 yesterday, would feel the same", Harry said.
