USA companies resume business with Huawei

Anyways, coming back to Huawei, still adamant not allowing Huawei to sell phones in the country as well as we don't have any clue on whether it will choose to accept or deny using 5G equipment or infrastructure from the Chinese giant Huawei which stated how it is years ahead of even high-end competitors in terms of 5G networks. While it remains unclear which USA companies will be allowed to sell to Huawei, analysts say the most important supplier for the company's smartphone business right now is Google.

Taiwan's Foxconn, the world's top contract electronics assembler, and contract chipmaker TSMC rose 3% and 4% respectively.

Hence, due to the Trump ban on Huawei, Google's services including the popular ones such as Google Play Store, Google apps, Gmail, YouTube would have been made unavailable to the new users of Huawei and Honor as well.

Huawei has been the subject of worldwide ire since allegations that some of its technology poses national security risks.

Now that Google can continue to sell its Android license to Huawei, the company will need to decide whether to continue pursuing the project or stick with its EMUI OS.

Memory-chip maker Micron said last week it had resumed some shipments to Huawei, and chip maker Intel took similar action, according to the New York Times.

"It is fairly easy to argue that Google Mobile Services is unique and only available from the US and potentially could be considered a security threat depending on what data is going over those services", he said. Will Google reinstate its services to Huawei again? Lifting the ban means Huawei can actually conduct business with any USA based company unless there is a national security matter.

Huawei has maintained that its products pose no national security risk to any foreign government.

Huawei has an opportunity to gather itself up in the combat for smartphone predominance after President Donald Trump back pedal trail in the campaign against the company that was causing damage to worldwide sales.
