Nipsey Hussle Accused His Alleged Killer of Snitching, D.A. Says

Hussle, an award-winning hip-hop artist and philanthropist, was shot at least 10 times on March 31. Holder left, and returned a few minutes later with two guns, according to the Times report.

In the 88 days it's been since the tragic murder of Nipsey Hussle, details surrounding how and why exactly he was murdered in such a senseless way have been popping up in all forms - some factual, others not so much.

Outlined in that transcript is witness testimony about a conversation between Hussle, 33, and Holder.

The woman who drove Holder from the scene also testified she heard the men talk about "snitching".

It's no wonder the woman feared for her life. the detective told the grand jury her license plate was making the rounds on social media shortly after the shooting.

Deputy District Attorney John McKinney described the interaction as one that lasted four minutes, and one that was not "particularly tense" or "belligerent", according to the outlet.

The woman, a friend of Holder whose name and employers were not included in the transcripts, is a home health care worker by day who drives either for a ride-hailing or taxi service by night. She said they met in late February while she was giving him a ride for her "transportation" side job. She was granted immunity. Instead they went down to the area where they would eventually encounter Hussle outside his clothing store.

Her children and grandchildren, many of whom live in Hawaii have made the journey to gather at Beth's bedside. All of her clothes, her makeup, everything [is still in place at home]. "We didn't prepare", he explained.

When the woman walked up, she heard only a little bit of the conversation. Hussle learned she wanted a photo with him and they took a selfie, she said. He then fired several shots, killing the rapper and injuring two others, before he ran back to the auto to escape.

Holder then bought chili-cheese fries from a burger place in the plaza before the two pulled out and into a gas station as Holder began loading a gun.

While they were on the road, Holder started to load the magazine of a pistol, she testified.

After eating his food in her parked auto, he got out of the vehicle and told her to wait; she heard two gunshots while he was gone, and when he returned, he ordered her to drive away and threatened to slap her if she didn't, she said, according to CNN.

She said he got out, telling her he'd be right back. He got out of the vehicle and told her to wait, she said.

Hussle, born Ermias Asghedom, was widely mourned in the weeks following his death.

He has been charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
