10 killed when plane crashes into hangar at Addison Airport, officials say

The plane caught fire after the crash, officials said, and none of those on board survived.

The cause of the crash is unknown, but the NTSB will be investigating the incident.

The plane crashed during takeoff and the resulting fire was quickly extinguished, said Edward Martelle, a spokesman for the town immediately north of Dallas.

The Beechcraft Super King Air 350 days before it crashed at Addison Municipal Airport June 30. Last Saturday, a King Air 65 carrying 11 people, a lot of them skydivers, crashed while taking off from Dillingham Airfield on Oahu in Hawaii.

The owner of the plane and the people who perished have not been identified.

He says: "It looked like it was clearly reduced power".
