Transit Features on Google Maps will Make lives more Easier

Aside from these announcements, Google Maps will now also be offering information about live traffic delays for buses in the places where the local transit agencies might not be able to provide it themselves.

In their announcement, Google said: "We're introducing transit crowdedness predictions so you can see how crowded your bus, train or subway is likely to be based on past rides".

"We take many factors into account when determining driving routes, including the size of the road and the directness of the route", Google said in a statement on the incident. Apart from this, Google Map will also show how crowded the bus, metro or train is. If users choose this option, their phone will buzz with a prominent notification if the driver deviates more than 0.5KM from the Google Maps suggested route.

Google shared some of the data in a blog showing the world's most crowded transit line.

Google has been working on perfecting the feature since months ago - October, to be more exact- and it was mostly done with the help of the users themselves.

One team interested in finding a way to acquire Russell either via free agency or sing-and-trade: The Minnesota Timberwolves . However, the Nets will also look for sign-and-trades involving Russell so they can get something in return for him.

An accident on Peña Boulevard in Denver, near the city's global airport, caused a big traffic jam that Google Maps detected nearly immediately. Days where people lived in the same town or city that they grew up in, and working only during day light time are over.

The other feature, crowdedness predictions, can now warn users when the trains will be crowded with people and predict whether there will be any seating, or only room to stand on your trip.

Google on Wednesday added yet-another safety feature in its Google Maps apps in India for Android users. While Google gives defer data in certain urban communities as of now, presently it's leveraging its traffic information to gauge bus arrival times.

If you are receiving an update on your play store just go for it since it will bring you the live traffic updates for buses and subways. The delay is calculated based on the average time the bus takes to cover the route and the amount of time the but takes before arriving at a stop. They will make these features available to other cities gradually and for that, you have to be a little patient.
