Rapture Watchers Itching to See Full STRAWBERRY Moon Dominate Night Skies

If you look to the sky Sunday night, you'll likely catch the full strawberry moon hanging over the United States.

The "Full Strawberry Moon" will be on June 17, and will appear for about three days.

However, the moon will look full for about a day or two surrounding the peak, according to the Farmers' Almanac. That is on the grounds that in North America, the name originates from Algonquin clans of Native Americans.

Mead Moon is an old European name. According to the experts, the Strawberry moon will shine the brightest on Monday night and Tuesday morning.

This evening Brits will be able to bask in the so-called Strawberry Moon's glory.

The best time to see the Strawberry Moon will vary depending the time zone. It is called the Buck Moon and will ordain the night skies as the seventh full moon of the year.

June's full moon - also called the strawberry or rose moon - will be the last full moon before the solstice officially rings in summer on June 21st!

He has enjoyed a breakout season in the Championship at Swansea City, scoring five goals and providing seven assists. Manchester United have announced the signing of Daniel James from second-tier Swansea City.

Contrary to what you may believe, however, June's full moon isn't necessarily named because of its color.

"The orbit of the Moon around the Earth is nearly in the same plane as the orbit of the Earth around the Sun".

NASAWhat is the Strawberry Moon?

The Strawberry Moon is the most colorful of the year since it takes a low, shallow way over the sky, said Bob Bonadurer, director of the Milwaukee Public Museum's planetarium.

"The tradition of calling the first month of marriage the "honeymoon" dates back to at least the 1500s and may be tied to this full Moon, either because of the custom of marrying in June or because the "Honey Moon" is the "sweetest" Moon of the year".

Unfortunately, the Strawberry moon will not attain its hue and bright red colour this June but will continue to radiate its white glow.

On the morning of the full Moon, Jupiter will appear in the southwest and the planet Saturn will appear in the south-southeast.
