Trump makes a splash with 'Prince of Whales' Twitter gaffe

Trump makes a splash with 'Prince of Whales' Twitter gaffe

Apparently he was a little confused about what exactly Charles is prince of, tweeting that he met with "the Prince of Whales" while in the UK.

Referring to his recent United Kingdom state visit, the president initially wrote on Twitter: "I meet and talk to "foreign governments" every day".

On Thursday, US president, Donald Trump posted a two-part tweet ranting about the "Fake News Media".

President Donald Trump's 73rd birthday is Friday, and the people of Washington, D.C., complimented his looks, sang him happy birthday, and in some cases, had not-so-nice things to say on his special day.

The heir to the throne, who is, in fact, the Prince of Wales, met President Trump during his state visit to the United Kingdom earlier this month.

Klay Thompson's injury and return sends Twitter into a frenzy
However, because it was not a flagrant foul, if Thompson did not shoot the free throws, he could not return to the game. Toronto went on to close out the Warriors with a 114-110 victory to earn its first championship in franchise history.

"We talked about 'Everything!' Should I immediately call the Federal Bureau of Investigation about these calls and meetings?"

The President was insisting with his post that he wouldn't report damaging information passed to him by a foreign government to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, but failure to report attempted interference in a United States election is illegal under campaign finance law. How ridiculous! I would never be trusted again.

But he mixed up the word "whale" and "Wales".

However, that didn't stop Victoria-based Prince of Whales Whale and Marine Life Adventures from getting on Twitter and having a bit of fun with the gaffe.

WalesOnline got in on the oceanic joke. "We'll be in touch!" the company wrote in its tweet.
