Body of child believed to be from India found at USA border

It is believed that every year nearly ten thousand people from India are cheated by agents who promise to get them into the U.S. and drop them off at the border.

Officials say the child, believed to be a 7-year-old girl from India, was traveling with four others when they were dropped by human smugglers.

U.S. Border Patrol agents found the girl's body about 17 miles west of the Lukeville Port of Entry on Wednesday morning, Customs and Border Protection said. They are among thousands of Africans and Asian migrants who fly to third countries and then embark on an arduous trek through Mexico and into the USA southern deserts led by smuggling cartels.

The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials said on Thursday the girl was part of a group trying to get into the United States after human smugglers dropped them off near the Mexico border. "Once they went to look for water they never saw them again", Reuters quoted US Border Patrol Agent Jesus Vasavilbaso.

Agents from the Tucson Sector Border Patrol came across two women from India saying that they'd been separated from another woman and two children a few hours earlier after the smugglers dropped them off on the Mexico side and told them to cross in a remote and very unsafe area. Within hours, the Prima County Sheriff's department discovered the girl's remains.

The Blues then knocked off the Jets, Stars, and Sharks to reach the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 1970. They've got nothing on me. "She's special she's so cool", Parayko said in May.

Up to May 30 of this year, PCOME recorded 58 migrants deaths in southern Arizona, most heat related.

Border Patrol blamed the death on the smugglers for abandoning women and children in the Sonoran desert wilderness. It recorded 127 deaths in 2018.

Agents from the Tucson Sector came across the two women who claimed to have been separated from another woman and two children. The mother and child re-entered the United States around midnight on Wednesday and surrendered to Border Patrol.

According to authorities, the unidentified girl "was trying to cross into the U.S. with a group of people from her country".
