OnePlus 7 gets OxygenOS 9.5.5 update with improved camera capabilities

Now the company is rolling out the new OxygenOS Beta 12 update to the OnePlus 6T smartphone which also brings June 2019 Android Security Patch. The changelog of this new OxygenOS update for OnePlus 7 also brings many improvements to the camera.

OnePlus today made the Almond version of the OnePlus 7 Pro available to consumers in the USA and Canada.

That combination of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is OnePlus's standard configuration for the 7 Pro, though it's worth pointing out that the mirror gray and nebula blue models are available in a range of configurations from 6GB of RAM/128GB of storage all the way up to 12GB of RAM/256GB of storage. The latest one brings the May 2019 Android security patch.

The OnePlus 7 is already available for sale in India, China, and Europe. It's got the same 6.67-inch 3120×1440 AMOLED screen with slim bezels, the same pop-up 16MP front camera, and the same in-display fingerprint sensor. Also, it packs dual camera of 48 MP + 5 MP on the rear along with 16 MP selfie shooter.

Powering the device is a slightly smaller 3,700mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging via USB-C.
