"I believe if China is willing to move forward on the terms that we were discussing, we'll have an agreement", Mnuchin said.

"We have an agreement on something that they will announce very soon".

He has claimed that the country agreed to purchase large amounts of USA agricultural products as part of the agreement, but Mexican officials say there is no such provision.
