COD Mobile Info Revealed: Maps, HUD, Weapons, Loadouts, and more!

Observing the success of other battle royale-style games such as PUBG Mobile and Fortnite, the franchise had announced that their own online multiplayer game for smartphones.

The description on Google Play reads thus: "Call of Duty®: Mobile is now in early Alpha in select countries, and we are working to improve the game experience by continuously fixing bugs and adding additional content for players". As nowadays mobile platforms have become an important source of revenue for its developers.

Of course, porting this game over to a mobile device will have defined limitations.

Officially unveiled two months ago, Activision's Call of Duty: Mobile is now available in beta to Android and iOS players in select territories, the publisher announced recently.

Activision's ' Call of Duty: "Mobile" game for smartphones has always been in the rumours.

Like any good CoD game, Mobile will include score streaks.

Even, the formula of the Chinese giant Tencent, with one of its best development studio (Timi) seems to ensure that the Call of Duty gameplay comes polished and ready for mobile devices. And apparently the devs are going to launch the final version of the game when they finally do release the game for everyone.

We do know though that the majority of play will be on maps and with characters and weapons that have appeared in multiple Call of Duty titles over the years, including the Modern Warfare and Black Ops series. Reports point to Hardpoint, Domination and Frontline also making an appearance, with support for between eight to ten players. Activision makes no mention of controller support, which would be pretty huge for a fast-paced FPS game. You can pre-register to receive the Android app on launch here. The COD Mobile info looks great, right? Modes will include Search and Destroy, Team Deathmatch and Free For All, alongside fan favourite maps like Nuketown and Crash. There are also weapon skills - these work similarly to specialist weapons in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 - and up to three perks for each loadout. A variety of control options let you customize the toggles like sensitivity, gyroscope aiming, field of vision, and sprinting.
