Mbappe issues PSG ultimatum at Ligue 1 awards

Mbappe was named player of the year after scoring 40 goals in all competitions, including 32 in 28 league games.

There were several Paris Saint-Germain players in the dream line-up, with the complete team of the year as follows: Mike Maignan; Kenny Lala, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva, Ferland Mendy; Angel Di Maria, Tanguy Ndombele, Marco Verratti; Nicolas Pepe, Kylian Mbappe, Neymar. This came after he was adjudged player of the season on Sunday, and what this could also mean, that a move out of France cannot be ruled out.

Mbappe has won back-to-back Ligue 1 titles. "I hope it is at PSG, which would be nice or maybe elsewhere in a new project", said Mbappe.

The forward's departure would be a major blow to the club's ambitions of winning the Champions League, though could help the club to stabilise their finances as they continue to feel the pressure of Financial Fair Play.

"No, there was no hesitation - I think that it was the right moment for me to say it".

Bill de Blasio 2020
I know his tricks. "There's plenty of money in this world, there's plenty of money in this country, it's just in the wrong hands". Bill de Blasio speaks to reporters after voting in New York City municipal elections in November 2013, in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Mbappe, 20, enjoyed a remarkable season with PSG after lifting the 2018 FIFA World Cup with France in the off-season and dropped a huge indication that he may look towards a new challenge. "When you are in such an occasion you can send messages, I think I have sent mine", Mbappe replied to reporters. "I am truly very happy", Kylian Mbappe said during his acceptance speech at the UNFP Awards in Paris.

'If I speak more it will be too much and that is not the message I wish to send'.

Lille's Loic Remy took Goal of the Season, while Real Madrid's Karim Benzema was voted best Frenchman playing overseas.

Mbappe is one of the hot favourites, as per Diario GOL, Real Madrid are keeping their options open and could rope in Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford.
