Shortly after, Bishop allegedly pushed Fournier.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has released security video of a 74-year-old man with a walker being pushed off a public transit bus on the heels of a woman being charged with murder.

Fournier went to the hospital suffering from multiple injuries after the attack, officials said.

Bishop was charged with open murder on an elderly-vulnerable person.

Witnesses told police that Bishop, who was with her young son, had been swearing at people on the bus when Fournier told her to "be nicer to passengers". Police say the confrontation happened on March 21, 2019.

Upon arrival, police said the victim refused any medical attention.

Video from the bus surveillance cameras shows Fournier hit the ground and lie motionless on the sidewalk. She's now behind bars at Clark County Detention Center with bail set at $100,000.

United Kingdom government still preparing for 'no deal' Brexit - May's spokesman
Brexit supporters in May's divided Conservative party said her deal was as dead as her crisis-riven three-year premiership. It would be followed by negotiations on a new trade deal with the EU.

When the bus stopped to let people off, Bishop and the victim, 74-year-old Serge Fournier, began to argue, according to KSNV.

Bishop is now being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $100,000 bail.

Police are still looking to speak with witnesses.

His friend Trevor Taylor told the news station Mr Fournier was a "wonderful person".

"I know it caused several financial problems for his wife", said Ken Mallen, who was familiar with the couple.

Bishop has been convicted twice of misdemeanor domestic battery charges in 2014 and 2015, according to court records.
