Felicity Huffman Pleads Guilty In College Bribery Scandal

In a mea culpa a month earlier, Huffman said she would not contest the government's allegations and apologized to the public and her friends, family and daughter, who Huffman said knew nothing of the test-fixing scheme.

Wiping away tears in court, Felicity Huffman insisted that neither her daughter nor the neuropsychologist who got Sophia Grace Macy extra time on the SAT played any part in having her daughter's exam answers doctored. She confirmed that she paid $15,000 to consultant William "Rick" Singer to have a proctor correct her daughter's SAT scores in December 2017.

Prosecutors are looking into a four to 10-month prison sentence for Huffman, though she could receive a term on the lower end because of her guilty plea, according to The Associated Press.

Loughlin has pleaded not guilty to charges that she and her husband agreed with Singer to pay $500,000 to have their two daughters named as recruits to USC's crew team, even though they did not row.
