Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Is Not A Stealth Game

At today's Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order panel on the Celebration Stage, we learned a ton of new information about the upcoming video game, which its creators referred to as a "Jedi fantasy story game".

Both Star Wars Battlefront and its sequel launched in the same month and with Episode IX hitting cinema screens on December 19th, a mid to later November release date seems likely.

Per EA and Respawn's official description of Jedi: Fallen Order, players will develop their Force abilities and lightsaber techniques, "explore the ancient mysteries of a long-lost civilization", and attempt to stay "one step ahead of the Empire and its deadly Inquisitors".

At one point during the stream, Asmussen and Zampella are asked specifically about the worn lightsaber wielded by Cal in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

Cal is played by Cameron Monaghan, who has been in shows such as Gotham and Shameless.

When the rocket flew past year , its two side boosters made synchronized landings on side-by-side ground pads in Florida. Pad 39A is the launch pad that played host to the historic Apollo missions as well as NASA's Space Shuttle program.

This will be an expansion of Star Wars lore, though going back to known planets was teased.

Fallen Order is an action/adventure game that casts you as one of the few Jedi that survived the horrific events of Order 66.

The role of Leia Organa will once again be played by Carrie Fisher, using previously unreleased footage shot for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. George Lucas famously first conceived of, wrote, produced, and directed Star Wars: A New Hope, changing the faces of cinema and fandom forever. A story trailer, viewable above, showed off a bit of Cal's journey, his efforts to keep a low profile, and what happens when his powers are discovered. Cal's flight from the Empire is made even more unsafe as he is being pursued by the Second Sister, one of the Empire's elite Inquisitors, who seeks to hunt Cal down and extinguish this surviving Jedi. He holds a lot of secrets and the Second Sister, as well as a new squadron of Stormtroopers, dubbed the Purge Troopers, want to hunt him down.

Will Fallen Order have microtransactions or loot boxes? He'll be joined on his adventures by BD-1, a companion droid who shares a strong bond with the runaway Jedi, as well as a mysterious ally named Cere.
