Scottish Premiership: Rangers host Celtic in second last game after split

Celtic could clinch the title at Hibs when they visit Edinburgh on Sunday, April 21 (12.30pm, live on Sky Sports), while Hearts go to Celtic Park on the last game of the season on Sunday, May 19.

Meanwhile, Celtic vowed to "vigorously defend" charges against captain Scott Brown and the club as the fallout continued. He has until Friday to respond to the charge. Describing all his players' behaviour as "exemplary under huge provocation", Lennon insisted Brown's treatment from the opposition was "disgraceful".

'Scott Brown has nothing to defend himself for.

"He's been elbowed, he's been hit in the face".

"So you get the usual nonsense and trying to put the same eggs in one basket".

Salah happy and proud to break Liverpool record
Luckily Liverpool have strength in depth and two second half substitutions were enough to stretch Southampton to their limits. That's the most important thing for us. "The performance was not top level but it is about fighting", said Klopp.

He instead reserved criticism of the Rangers boss until the afternoon when he addressed the matter during his press conference.

"I have not agreed with anything Steven has said this week other than that we're the best team in the country".

We should be talking about our form since the turn of the year.

Rangers are next in action away at Motherwell, but must make do without Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent, who are suspended, while Gerrard will serve a touchline ban.

Eight days after the trip to face The Dons, Celtic will play Rangers at Ibrox, in a game that will kick-off at midday.
