Britain’s Prince Harry and Meghan Markle break Instagram followers record

While the Duchess of Sussex has kept up a busy schedule throughout her pregnancy, she has no new public duties on her calendar as she prepares not only for their baby's arrival, but for the couple's move into their new cottage in Windsor.

Elizabeth is now 6-1, down from 16-1, while Diana is the second favourite at 8-1, alongside Victoria.

The three charities highlighted in the initial tweet are Mayhew, an organization for helping animals, WellChild, which benefits seriously ill children (Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended and participated in the WellChild Awards this past September), and Camfed, which seeks to educate women and girls in Africa. He added: "Royal punters are betting in their droves and they're clearly convinced that they know a baby Elizabeth is on the way".

It took just five hours and 45 minutes for Harry and Meghan's Instagram account to reach one million followers, Guinness World Records confirmed on Wednesday.

At time of writing, Meghan and Harry now have 2.1 million followers.

Harry kneeled down to say hello to the pair and greeted the little one with a big smile.
