Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato - first sketches revealed

The DB4 GT Zagato Continuation, on the other hand, will have a straight-six engine sending 380 hp to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential. The Brit vehicle maker will be building 19 pairs of these cars that have been priced at £6 million excluding taxes.

Each DBS is paired to a DB4 and the cars are not available separately.

The first is that the company's heritage division in Newport Pagnell, Aston Martin Works, will be making a 19-unit continuation run of the DB4 GT Zagato, each being brand new and track-only.

Due for delivery in late 2020, the DBS GT Zagato is the latest collaboration in the 60-year relationship between Aston Martin and Zagato.

Bama parts ways with Johnson after 4 seasons
Johnson's contract ran through 2023 and was set to pay him approximately $3 million annually. Alabama will begin the search for its next coach immediately, according to the news release.

Inspired by the DBS Superleggera and original DB4 Zagato, the GT Zagato is said to represent the next evolution in the collaborative design language developed by the British automaker and Italian design house.

While totally redesigned inside and out, the new Aston Martin retains the same underpinnings as the regular DBS.

"In the DB4 GT Zagato Continuation we have one of the world's most attractive and instantly recognizable pieces of auto design".

That sounds like a ridiculous amount of money for a single auto, and it is, but that's why for the price you also get one of Aston's DB4GT Zagato continuation cars, hand-built by the company's Works division from the original plans of the 1960 original. Aston Martin Executive VP Marek Reichman describes the model as a "modern incarnation of a timeless icon". The Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato will be a recreation of the original that will be built at the Newport Pagnell plant which also manufactured the original model. Today these original cars are worth a fortune, one example selling for £10.1 million at Goodwood previous year.
