Manchester United need just £50m to sign Toni Kroos

The 26-year-old has just over two years remaining on his existing terms, and United could potentially be left with a decision to make regarding their valuation during the summer transfer window.

Kroos has won three Champions League titles at the Bernabeu since moving to the Spanish capital for £27m after he won the World Cup with Germany in 2014.

German Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt have told Liverpool and other suitors that there are yet to receive any offer for their target Luka Jovic, a club official revealed.

The Frenchman has made 132 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 29 goals.

His problem is that those in charge at Manchester United aren't keen to let the player they paid 114 million euros for in 2016 leave.

It's said the former Molde manager is expected to be given the permanent role at Old Trafford and Kroos' lack of pace may see him struggle in a dynamic, high tempo team.

In the SEC Tournament title game, McCormick found himself having to step into a more significant role with Harper in foul trouble. Brown was fouled as he took the shot, but missed two of three free throws with 1.1 seconds left, and New Mexico State fell 78-77.

However Kroos changed his mind and chose to remain with Bayern before he was snapped up by Madrid.

Paris Saint-Germain have also expressed their interest in the young Englishman who starred in last night's 5-0 destruction of Czech Republic at Wembley.

According to the exclusive Daily Star report, Harry Maguire could be heading to Manchester in the summer.

Barcelona strengthened their midfield ranks in January with the £65m signing of Ajax starlet Frenkie de Jong and Real Madrid are well aware they need to freshen up their options in the middle of the park.
