Owner of YouTube's Fantastic Adventures Accused of Child Abuse

Hackney faces charges of molestation of a child, seven counts of child abuse, five counts of unlawful imprisonment and five counts of child neglect. Two of Hackney's adult sons, Logan and Ryan Hackney, were both charged for failing to bring the alleged abuse to authorities.

ARIZONA: Michelle Hackney, a YouTuber woman known for her famous YouTube channel "Fantastic adventure", was recently arrested. As of Wednesday morning, the channel had almost 800,000 subscribers.

Hackney denies using pepper spray and ice baths to punish the youngsters.

One of Hobson's adult daughters spoke with police a week ago about an allegation that her younger sister had been abused, prompting authorities to make a welfare check at the home.

One of the children was found in an unlocked closet during the welfare check, while the other six were found appearing pale and underweight, as well as thirsty and hungry. She's also accused of sexually abusing the children in addition to inflicting emotional and physical abuse upon them. Upon being offered water, a male child consumed three 16-ounce bottles of water within 20 minutes.

A police report says Machelle Hobson's adopted children had no food, water or access to a bathroom for days while inside the closet at her home in the small city of Maricopa south of Phoenix.

The mother said she disciplined her kids by spanking, grounding or having them stand in a corner, but denied abusing them, NBC News reported.

The mother also allegedly beat them with a hanger, belt or brush, with one child saying he would be beaten in the head by his mother's knuckles.

The children described being pepper-sprayed all over their faces and bodies, including their genitals, causing pain for four to five days. Another stated the woman had sprayed her between the legs with pepper spray.

There are also allegations that the performing children were also forced to take ice baths and were required to stand with their arms raised above their heads from dawn until midnight. However, behind the scenes, a disturbing picture of prolonged child abuse has emerged.

According to Fragua, the children seemed withdrawn anytime they weren't being filmed.

Hackney and her two adult sons, Logan and Ryan Hackney, were taken into custody at the residence on March 15, according to the complaint.

"The only time I ever saw them out was getting out of their vehicle, going in their house or in the back when they're shooting their videos", she said.

Police say the children were kept home from school.

A probable cause statement said the children were not in school "for years" due to filming purposes, according to ABC.

YouTube said Wednesday the channel has had its money making ability suspended and may take it down depending on the outcome of the investigation.
